Born the youngest to a family of 7 children, he grew up on his grandfather’s freehold farm land in Punggol till the land was acquired for ‘industrial’ redevelopment at the age of 6.  He then attended Holy Innocents’ Primary School, Maris Stella High School, Catholic Junior College before spending 2 years as an active combat full-time national service man in a Guards Brigade.  After that, he went to NUS (National University of Singapore) to study computer science and graduated with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, he kicked off his career as a senior executive with Singapore Changi Airport and seconded to Singapore Changi Airport Enterprise (SCAE) in dual capacity.  After that, he spent a few years pioneering the E-Commerce sector in Singapore. Years of experience in the service and e-commerce industry set the foundation for him to establish his presence in the real estate industry.

To date, he specialised in working with high-net-worth individuals including billionaires. He spent most of this time on the ground marketing Singapore high-end prime properties in the District 9,10,11, Marina Bay and Sentosa Cove. He had received top rookie and producers’ awards under the mentorships of Dr. Dennis Wee and Mr. Patrick Liew. He also achieved the Certificate for (CEHA) Common Exams for House Agents in recognition to professional real estate agents. He is bilingual and he is fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken.
