We welcome individuals from all walks of life to join us as real estate agents. Please check through the registration criteria if you fulfil the prevailing registration criteria. We will submit your RES registration application to CEA upon confirming your eligibility.

1. Must be a Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for over 10 years. 
2. Must be at least 21 years old.
3. Must have a minimum of 4 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent.
4. Possess a pass in the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination or equivalent.
5. Must not be an existing licensee/Key Executive Officer of another licensed estate agent. If you are an existing KEO of a licensed estate agent, you will need to resign from the KEO position, before joining the new estate agent.
6. Must not hold a moneylender’s licence and not be an employee, director, or partner of a licensed moneylender.
7. Must not be in arrears with the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board for Medisave contribution.
8. Fulfil the fit and proper criteria under the Estate Agents Act.
9. (Applicable only for returning and renewing salespersons) Complete at least 6 credit hours of continuing professional development (CPD) courses for each CPD cycle.
10. Must be covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance valid for at least one year from the commencement date of the registration.
